Botanicals that actually work.

01

The challenge

Pólen made brilliant products and sold them through a store that felt like a spreadsheet. Shoppers could not tell the serums apart, and too many carts were abandoned at checkout.

02

The approach

We introduced a two-minute skin quiz, ingredient stories in plain language and a lighter checkout with fewer steps. Warm photography and a honey-toned palette gave the brand the glow its products promise.

03

The outcome

Conversion grew by 41 percent in the first quarter, and subscriptions now make up a third of monthly revenue.

Built for the thumb, not just the desktop

Every layout was designed mobile first, then stretched to the big screen, so the experience holds up wherever people find it.
